A veteran healthcare technology executive with a lifelong passion for teaching and learning, Chief Operating Officer Anne Bueltel has played a pioneering role in advancing health publishing, education, accessibility and technology for more than 25 years.

Anne merges her firsthand classroom knowledge with robust clinical expertise to drive strategic, company-wide operations at University Medical Devices. Under her leadership, these efforts remain focused on solving healthcare leaders’ biggest challenges while also meeting healthcare’s increased demand for cutting-edge testing solutions.

After serving as a high school science teacher for a decade, she moved into the publishing space to expand her impact on students from an individual scale to a national one. Anne subsequently co-founded several educational health-tech companies, which were later acquired by McGraw Hill, WebMD/Medscape and Gannett Communications.

Following these acquisitions, she was a Senior Executive at Gannett Healthcare Group, OnCourse Learning and Relias — all major enterprises driving innovation in healthcare education and IT.

Anne’s extensive C-suite leadership experiences have proven monumental in shaping long-term growth and strategy for MicroWash as well as other, up-and-coming medical technologies that will fall under the trusted University Medical Devices umbrella well into the future.

Anne earned a BS in education from the University of Nebraska-Omaha, as well as post-graduate education from Creighton University, Drake University, Aurora University and Peru State College.
